Cancellation and No-Show Policy

 

Any Last-minute changes to booking made at The Indian Tavern will have an impact on our business.

So, we ask that any cancellations or changes to booking be made at least 48 hours in advance. 

We will however endeavour to accommodate any last minute’s changes where possible.

Any last-minute group booing cancellations of 7 or more people may be subject to a cancellation fee of £10.00 per person.

 

 

Confirmation of Booking Policy

 

We will send you an email confirmation by email to confirm your booking.

We will also send you another email 24hrs before your booking to confirm the table that you have booked.

The confirmation email will contain the time slot for your table booking and the table number that you have been booked on.

 

 

Table Allocation

 

Due to the large number of requests, unfortunately we cannot guarantee seating in specific areas when taking reservations,

but we will do our best to accommodate your requests. Your understanding is appreciated.

 

 

Gift Cards

 

Gift cards can be bought from us online from: https://theindiantavern.co.uk.

All of our gift cards will be valued for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Regretfully we are unable to replace lost or stolen cards.

 

 

Christmas Bookings

 

Please note, there is a required deposit of £10 per person to secure all festive bookings.

Once this has been confirmed a member of the team will contact you and issue you with relevant information to confirm the booking and take your payment.

 

 

Restaurant Rules

 

Please know where your children are whilst in the restaurant.

As the management team will not take any responsibility or liability for any accident occurred with any children that have been left unattended during your visit to our restaurant.

We will make every effort to have a high chair available for your visit, but this cannot be guaranteed at peak times. 

We can make this available to you if you let us know when you are booking your table.

 

 

Dress Code

 

We do not allow any sort of hats or caps on our premises due to security. 

No football shirts of any sort are allowed.
